Can I keep my site if I switch brokerages?

Yes — and that's half the point. The site, domain, and hosting account are all in your name. If you move from Keller Williams to Compass to eXp, your website comes with you. No rebuild, no transition period, no lost SEO.
What if my brokerage requires me to use their website?

Almost no brokerage requires you to use only their site — they require you to have one that meets their compliance rules (proper disclosures, Fair Housing, MLS rules). Curb Appeal includes all of that by default. Most agents run their brokerage profile and a personal site side by side.
Is the 3-day timeline really realistic?

Yes — because the template is pre-built and the scope is locked. The only variable is how fast you complete the intake form and return revisions. If you're slow, it stretches. If you're ready, 3 days is routine.
Do I need my own IDX subscription?

Only if you want live MLS listings pulled in automatically. If you do, plans typically run $50–$100/month from providers like Showcase IDX or iHomefinder. If you'd rather hand-pick a few listings and update them manually, we can skip IDX entirely.
